If buying individual 5 metre bundle of Tiger Tail, Elastic, Waxed Cotton or Leather Cord postage is 60 cents.
$2.00 up to 125 grams and under 20mm thick.
$3.00 over 125 grams and up to 250 grams and under 20mm thick.
$4.50 over 250 grams and up to 500 grams and under 20 mm thick.
Under 500 grams and over 20 mm thick, Postage Cost is calculated on your Postcode plus the thickness of the Package or flat rate of $5.50, which ever is the cheapest option.
Over 500 grams, Postage Cost is calculated on your Postcode plus the thickness of the Package or flat rate of up to 3kg package is $9.50, which ever is the cheapest option. |

Upon checkout of your order, postage and handling charges will be added to calculate a final total. All prices include GST.
Exchange and Return Policy
That Bead Shop operates according to strict quality control guidelines.
Exchanges or Credits do not include postage and handling and will be processed within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, as received by you with all products/items included.
Please keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase. You may be requested to produce the invoice when returning the product/item for exchange or credit against future purchases.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents as shipped to you. You must enclose the following details with the returned product:
YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS;
THE ADDRESS THE PRODUCT WAS SENT TO;
YOUR INVOICE NUMBER;
YOUR CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER.
We recommend that you return the product/item via Australia Post. You must pre pay all return postage. When returning items you assume any risk of theft and/or lost or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise that you lodge the product with Australia Post via REGISTERED MAIL. That Bead Shop reserves the right to refuse to accept, and also to return, any parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
