Window Cut Glass Beads are a different style of bead. The bead is fully plated and then the bead is either cut, ground, or polished to reveal the inside glass colour. Metalic plated Window Cut beads are cut and polished leaving the edge of the bead coated in the metal plating. Other platings will be in a pattern or design to highlight the inner glass colour.
Hence the name "Window Cut" which fits appropriately.
